BEEF is thrilled to present beat, punk bricoleur video artist Ruth Novaczek.
In conversation with BEEF members, Ruth will screen and discuss her work. Titles include new works: Crime Scene & The New World along with her earlier films.
The archival impulse probes forgotten histories and critiques originality and authorship to propose new orders of affective association, however partial and provisional … even as it also registers the difficulty and at times the absurdity of doing so (Hal Foster: October Journal, 2004).
