Al Cameron is a curator and producer working in contemporary music, film, performance and visual art. From 2008 – 14 he was curator of music and film at Arnolfini, Bristol. Projects for Arnolfini included the festival of contemporary music, performance and film Visionary Kingdom, exhibition Superpower: Africa in Science Fiction, and monthly artists’ film screening and discussion, The Film Exercise, as well as collaborating on Bristol New Music Festival, The Wire Magazine’s Off the Page festival, and Extreme Rituals: A Schimpfluch Carnival. Projects in the the past year include Neural Geometry for Watershed/Arnolfini/BFI Film Hub and Night Songsfor In Between Time Productions. He is currently an AHRC funded PhD candidate at Kingston University.
