Rose Kallal a NYC based visual and sound artist. For the past 15 years she has worked in 16mm film, including installation, short films and live performances.  Using multiple 16mm film loop projections cycling at varying speeds, her installations and performances are a hypnotic nonlinear flow of repeating patterns, motifs and animations, in a continual state of reconfiguration. Accompanying the film work is Kallal’s analog electronic soundtracks that mirror her film work with the use of repetition and trance inducing sounds.
